We worked with the client’s design agency to execute the design of an open pavilion, with a single opaque rear display wall and two triangular sections along the sides connected to each other via a curved front panel. The two communication graphic boards staged in the front, were placed diagonally, directing the customers towards the interior of the stall and were supported by steel bars. There was fluidity in the entire structure, achieved with the help of CNC cut curved ply and the colors evoked emotions of calmness and composure. Name of the brand was placed in bold characters above the stall to bring it to focus and interest their trade audience.

The tall, simple, clean and open design that we proposed for the stall enhanced the brand space with its exquisite geometry and at the same time did not take away the viewer’s focus from Swarovski’s crystal product collection. The mezzanine occupied only 70% of the carpet space leaving a double height atrium at the entrance creating a grand welcome. LED TV was positioned on the mezzanine level to attract the audience’s interest from large distances. The glowing effect of white color was amplified with the use of bright lights making the brand’s presence felt strongly in the entire space with sophistication. The lightly suspended crystal laces and the product displays facing outwards, did not fail to attract the attention of the passerby’s as they glanced their way across it.
Swarovski – IIJS, Mumbai

The stall design was given to us by the client’s agency who chose us for its immaculate execution. It was an open stall and brought into focus its target product- PU solutions, a component used to manufacture various objects for the interiors of the cars. This was presented by us by putting into focus PU cars seats in the background and an outline of a car in the foreground. The organic form in the logo was used to create an enlarged similar-appearing structure that became the highlight of the stall exhibit and was painted with high gloss duco, similar to its wall finishing.The adoption of blue and white color palette for the stall, gave a smart business look. Other design features like front desk and graphic display boards were aligned to the periphery of the stall on the laminated wooden flooring, providing easy entry and exit pathways for the visitors. We used the most suitable and appropriate materials that would justify the design and delivered it in the set time frame.
Wanhua – Pu Tech, New Delhi

We designed a stall that was like an intermediary space between a work site and a display store by engaging a suitably busy environment and merging in the essence of both the places. The logo was interestingly done up by embellishing it with safety helmets to emphasize on the company’s target market. Design of the stall included smooth curves, arrows, rectangular displays, mock work sites and mannequins that smartly segregated the wide range of products in the display. The vibrant shades of orange and red could be viewed even from a far off distance and voiced the ‘Safety’ spirit of the brand. We also integrated a graphic language drawing parallelism with the work site, thereby, creating similar patterns of symbols and typefaces. Thus, an engaging and informative space was built to attract and inform their rich customer base.
Udyogi – OSH, Chennai & Mumbai

We designed an expansive structure that visually justified the name of the product to be marketed and highlighted it in the physical space. The stall revolved around the central cylindrical structure, with the diagonal wings reaching out into the expanse thus instilling a sense of movement in the otherwise solid dimensioned figure. The color palette of blue and white bore resemblance to the brand’s identity and stood out in the space, giving it a slick look. We worked hand in hand with technology, using LED TVs at various touchpoints and casting focus lights on the products arranged in the shelves. The fluidic graphics on the walls helped in breaking the solidarity smoothly and added to its aesthetic appeal. The front desk’s placement allowed customers to approach and come across the service and products of the company.
Bottelpack – Pmec, Mumbai

We came up with a fluidic organic fascia form engulfing the complete span of the booth dimensions. The design was tinged with the Reliance’s golden color hues thereby emanating a sense of royalty around the environs. The organic shaped roof structure is complemented by perforated supporting columns which reflect similar design patterns and also act as graphic walls. The lightness of the stall is achieved by absence of any long opaque walls, thereby enabling the design to merge into the surroundings easily. Reliance logo is also placed strategically for greater brand awareness in the exhibition hall, thereby reinforcing the largeness of the India’s second largest corporate conglomerate.
Reliance Industries – Iplex, Hyderabad

The stall design includes a wide open space with some space dedicated to the display of different machinery used by them and the rest to the seating area. There were minimum but bold graphic posters to advertise the company’s services. We introduced an innovative structural system using maxima for modular roofing to make it light weight, durable, easily attachable and transportable and give an international feel to the space. The other materials were also chosen to complement the design and space. The color scheme also connected well with the theme of pharmacy and medicine and engaged the customers to know more about their services.
GEA – Pmec, Mumbai

The design for the stall was created in close co-ordination with the stand design agency VRPE Team GmbH. The structure created was minimal yet commanding such that it could carry the brand- Airbus. The white appearance of the stall stood out in the expansive space, making its presence felt strongly. Creating a cavity by letting the central wall to protrude, allowed visitors to walk through the space that displayed a series of products manufactured by the company. The materials chosen by us complemented the design and were true to the initial ideas submitted. We used high gloss duco paint for the walls and the flooring was covered with laminated wood and green carpet. The prototypes of their newly launched helicopters with its description were presented in an aerial view against the printed background of hills and river. Incorporating technology by employing LED TV’s and graphic screens for playing videos on the exterior areas of the stall kept engaging more customers. The execution was completed on time and under the budget set by the client.
Airbus – Aero India, New Delhi

The stall design was kept open with only one side covered by a curved display panel showcasing the graphic walls. A tall totem dominates the stall design which also acts as a bridge that connects with the display panel. The Wesman logo was placed high above on totem thus occupying the most visible spot for the logo. Soft edged chairs in white leatherite fabric complimented the curved stall design for a harmonious display.
Wesman – Ifex, Bangalore

We designed a skewed elongated mezzanine structure in shades of white and red. The entrance lintels are exaggerated through the use of protruding white pelmets and sliding doors. A huge LED screen dominates the external fascia with SANY logo positioned right above. The open and closed meeting rooms occupy the space beneath the mezzanine with grid false ceiling and ample natural light awashing the interior space. The external opening of eating area on mezzanine floor follows the similar skewed design thereby maintaining harmony in creating a strong brand identity.
Sany – Excon, Bengaluru

The design for the stall was finalized after intense research and study about Egypt- its geography, landscape, lifestyle, ethnography and culture. The inspiration for the exhibit design lay in the geography of the country, where the blue waters of River Nile flow across the centre of the country, feeding its water to the land on the riverbanks. We applied a similar analogy to our design; allotting the central space, covered by blue carpet to the main exhibitor- Egypt Tourism and dividing the remaining space along the sides, equally among its co-exhibitors. The customized design for the stall included large graphic communication walls to welcome visitors near the entrance along with the pharaoh and queen mannequins which were placed on the front desk. There was also a large LED screen behind the desk, which played Egypt tourism videos and photos to introduce people to the land of wonders. The motifs inspired from the architectural features, adorned the side panels, borders of the fascia and lined each exhibitor stall, adding cultural and historical essence to the stand. Blue and yellow, the color of river and sand respectively, dominates the geographical scene of Egypt, which was reflected by using them in the colors of focus light. It wrapped the environs with royalty and grandeur. The beaded curtains sparkled and shone radiantly under the influence of lights and segregated the co-exhibitor stalls from each other.
Each of the stalls maintained a uniform pattern of positioning the elements like the logo, LED TV’s, desks and chairs for seating purposes and were given equal importance thereby fulfilling the business and creative objectives. The brand logo was etched on glass and placed at a significant height on all the four sides thereby drawing attention of the customers.
